Refunds, Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
No. Our products aren't made until you order them and for that reason we can not accept returns. We do ask that you donate any items you are not going to keep to your local thrift store or drop them in one of your local donation bins.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
As much as we hope nothing goes wrong during shipping if the item you receive is damaged or incorrect you will have the option of receiving a full refund OR we will send you a replacement free of charge. We do require you report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date which will be confirmed using the tracking number and a photo will be requested as proof of the issue. To report damaged or incorrect items please email info@woesandwhimsy.com or reach out to us via Facebook.
What if I placed an order by mistake or need to make a change?
Mistakes happen and we understand that. You will have until 10pm EST on the day you order to cancel or make changes. If you place the order after 10pm EST you will have until 10pm EST the following day to cancel your order. For changes or cancellations email info@woesandwhimsy.com or send us a message on Facebook.
Shipping Info
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do and there is no order minimum!
Do you have tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming it was received. Once your order ships you will get a second email with a tracking number.
Do you ship outside the USA?
At this time international shipping is not available and our products can only be shipped within the USA.
